HOW YOU ENTER A PAST LIFE
You will be physical and mentally relaxed by the process off Hypnosis. To teach and train you to enter an altered state of consciousness. I believe that there is the conscious state. The unconscious and finally the Superconscious state. Where your superconscious state can recall and relive past life experiences. Also within the superconscious state you can astral travel to other dimensions. But this is for the more serious regressionist.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS
The whole process depends on which regression you decide to pursue? You can do the beginners technique, which you will experience a past life. Assess what's happened in that lifetime. Who and what that lifetime meant to you. This is a wonderful experience if you have never been regressed before.
Secondly there is my technique of Soul Recovery. This technique involves going to various life between life events and recover your soul's natural ability to teach you this lifetimes goal and aspirations. Sometimes our life is so stressed and depressed, that our soul takes a battering. Often self inflicted. To teach us new ways of thinking. But I believe our soul is 'good' We don't have to go through 'soul' destorying experiences to learn.
My own experience of this technique, and working with thousands of clients, is that our soul is often at various levels of learning. So it doesn't know of the right choices and directions to take. With this experience, one can contact their guides, or soul motivators has I like to call them. Here you can learn directly to release and let go off all negativity within a dimension that will not judge you. There appears to be no judgement at the superconscious state. Only positive alterations of thinking.....
At the end of your session, you will recieve natural soul healing. This is the soul energy being lifted and brightened to recieve the universal light. What a truely wonderful experience, that ever soul should have...
